  • INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

You'll typically start with a brief warm-up to get your muscles loose and ready to swing. This might include some light stretches, swings with a wedge, or hitting a few balls at the driving range. I will want to get a sense of your current skill level and what you're hoping to achieve with the lesson. I always ask you about your experience, goals, and any specific areas you'd like to work on. I use video analysis to help you see your swing in slow motion and identify any areas for improvement.

I will work with you on your swing mechanics, focusing on things like grip, posture, alignment, and then swing positions. I use drills to help you ingrain proper technique and maintain specific feelings. I may spend some time working on your chipping, putting, and pitching if this is the area that's needed.

Course strategy: Once you've got the basics down, I can help you develop strategies for playing on the course. This might include learning how to manage different types of lies, choose the right club for the shot, and strategies to score lower.

After the lesson, I give you a practice plan to help you solidify what you learned in the lesson. This might include specific drills, exercises, and the number of times you should practice each week.
